The brain and heart behind Telecraft, he is the co-founder and managing director with a rich professional legacy. A thinktank with highly productive experience spanning over 25 years, his profound understanding of diverse technologies is paving the way forward for the company. As a leader, he currently looks after sales & marketing, consulting, finance and business operations and likes to take charge to ensure employee and customer satisfaction

A business graduate from Delhi University, he holds multiple certifications from leading technology developers such as Avaya, Creston, Cisco and Poly. An ardent sports enthusiast and adventurist, he loves spending time with his family either playing or travelling.

The man behind the company’s technological transformation, he is a force to reckon with. With a career traversing over 30 years across project design, management and managed support services, his contributions are beyond any measure. Currently heading the pre and post-sales activities, he is also taking care of the technology incubation drive, owing to his business acumen and keen insights.

An engineering graduate with numerous professional certifications in the IT and AV infrastructure domain, he is a pillar of strength and motivation. When not working, he likes to stay fit by hitting the sports ground to stay in good physical and mental shape.

Sachin Malik

Sachin is the director of sales and is leading the commercial business wing for the company. He continuously strives to position Telecraft as a complete IT & AV integration solution provider in the market. He efficiently manages both OEM and customer relationship for the company, while being able to retain customers and keep them happy for years by ensuring that they get more than the desired support.

His expertise includes putting together a perfect blend of products and solutions from various technology providers to derive the best and suiting the business needs of the customer.

A team-man to the core, Sachin is a business graduate from Delhi University backed with a post-graduate management qualification.

Quite an adventurist and known for his love for cars, he has made 4 trips to Leh and planning many more.

A business woman with a keen sense and ability of building the best team, she is the co-founder and director of admin and HR who’s successfully handling the ‘people’ side of business. She brings along more than 25 years of experience in management and human resources gathered from various leading IT companies.

A Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University she has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management. Other than her interpersonal skills, she is known as a passionate traveller who loves to explore this beautiful world.

Narendra Singh Bisht

The man behind Telecraft’s exceptional service quality and constant improvements, he is leading our projects and support teams. Donning many hats, he’s responsible for project implementation, handling support-related issues, contract management, negotiations, special corporate projects and post-sales support transactions.
